Adebola Adeyinka
MD, CEO
Bola is an Entrepreneur & Tech founder with a network of global strategic alliances, fueled by a vision to deliver landmark infrastructure projects across Africa. Following a career spanning about a decade in Banking, he pioneered a Fintech company, Eartholeum, which triggered the digital payment regulatory framework put in place by the Central Bank of Nigeria and served as a catalyst for the mobile payment revolution in the Nigerian Banking space through digital, mobile, and alternative channels.
Bola also founded ENL-NOVA, a company spearheading the digital transformation of the Building & Development Control, Planning Permission, and City Management processes for Lagos State, the 5th Largest economy in Africa and a Cosmopolitan home to about 26 million people.
With over 28 years of hands-on experience covering various functional areas of Banking and Finance, E-commerce, and International Business, in 2012, he founded First Global Commerce Solutions Inc. (FGCS), an Infrastructure & Technology Advisory & Investment firm out of Calgary, Alberta, which gave birth to First Metro Infrastructure Limited (FMIL), an integrated Infrastructure Company based in Lagos, Nigeria. FMIL emerged as Concessionaire for the Lagos Red Line Metro service, built to move 1.2 million people daily along the most densely populated commercial corridor of Lagos State, connecting commuters from Alagbado, through Iju, Agege, Oshodi, Yaba, Ebute Meta, Oyingbo, Ebute Ero, UBA, and Marina. He’s also collaborating with global EPC and Mobility Companies to execute audacious infrastructure projects across the South West to South Eastern Coastal region in Nigeria and in the Federal Capital City of Abuja.
He graduated with a BSc. in Finance from the University of Lagos in 1995 and two years later, completed the coursework for an MSc. in Economics at the same institution. He’s currently doing a joint Executive MBA at Cornell University, in Ithaca, New York, and Queens University in Ontario, Canada.

Dr. Jung Hae Jung
Co Chairman, FMIL
Dr. Jung Hae-Jung is a Korean industrialist, humanist and impact maker. He holds an MBA, BS in Civil (Architectural) Engineering, USA (1985), a Ph.D in Business Administration (Honor Roll), USA (1989) and attended the Graduate School of IT Electronic Commerce, Seoul National University, Korea (2001).
His broad and extensive knowledge in International Business, Consulting, Financing, and Industrial Engineering are evident in his interviews and public appearances.
He is currently the Chairman of M.K USA Ltd and M.K International Inc, positions he has held since 1981 and 1983 respectively. Other positions he holds include Chairman, M.K International Inc; Chairman, Kong-Ju Industrial complex, Korea; Co-Chairman, Asia Africa Business Council, UN Initiatives; Chairman of the Africa Insight Empowerment Committee and many more.
He is the Co-Chairman of First Metro Infrastructure Ltd., Nigeria

Abimbola Akinajo
Director
Engr. Abimbola Akinajo is a chartered Civil Engineer (both in the UK and Nigeria) with over 30 years post-qualification experience, the last 26 of which has been in the design and delivery of major transport (both Rail and Road) infrastructure projects. She earned a B.Sc. (Hons) Civil Engineering from the University of Lagos, Nigeria after which she proceeded to the United Kingdom where she started her engineering career.
She began her engineering career at WS Atkins Consulting in the UK as a Graduate Engineer and moved on to be a Project Engineer with Robert West Consulting, a Design Manager with Fluor Daniel Limited and finally a Project Manager with London Underground Limited working on railway infrastructure projects. In the rail industry in the UK, where she spent over 20 years of her professional life, she delivered many high-profile rail infrastructure projects including, major London underground Rail bridge replacement projects, the Connect Project – (implementation of updated communications systems on the entire London Underground system), upgrading the Blackfriars station for the Thames Link project, The East London Line project handover, and London Over ground interface project among others.
Engr. Abimbola is a member of Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and Nigeria society of Engineers (MNSE). She represents the Lagos State Government on the Board of First Metro Infrastructure Limited.

Rabiu Olowo
Director
Dr. Rabiu Olowo is an experienced professional with strong background in Finance, Compliance and Strategy with over 14years distinguished career as Chief Audit Executive and Chief Finance Officer / Finance Controller etc having worked for top local and multinational organizations with project immersion across Africa, Europe, Middle East, USA.
He is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Practitioner, a Chartered Global Management Accountant, a Certified Internal Controls Auditor, certified in International Financial Reporting (IFRS) and International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) with ACCA. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, with an MBA from University of Lagos.
Dr. Olowo was recently appointed as the 22nd Honorable Commissioner for Finance in Lagos State, to manage and coordinate the overall financial economics of the 5th largest economy in Africa. He currently serves as Chairman Governing Board of the Public Procurement Agency (PPA) and Non-Executive Director to Lagos Bus Services Limited and Lekki Concession Company. He represents the Lagos State Govt on the Board of FMIL.

Martin Von Gericke
Director
Martin is an experienced business leader and dedicated railway engineer with over twenty-five years of experience.
He is presently the Project Coordinator of Global Railway Engineering South Africa and he manages Tender Administration, Finance, Engineering Designs, Business Development, Resource Allocation, Negotiations, Planning, Technical Support, Projects, and Conflict Resolution.
Martin heads the Business Development division of Global Railway Engineering with multiple projects successfully delivered in Ghana, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania and other countries across Africa.

Adedeji Adeyinka
Director
Adedeji Adeyinka has over 29 years of diverse experience, including a 16-year banking career which covered experiences in Corporate Banking, Treasury, Risk Management, Structured & Project Finance, and Capital Markets.
After pursuing a distinguished career in banking, he moved on as pioneer CEO of AW Capital Partners, a financial consulting firm.
He has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and University of Lagos respectively.

Yemi Adeyinka
Company Secretary
Yemi was called to the Bar in 1987 and has 33 years of experience as a lawyer and 22 years of experience as a banker.
Her career and experience in various senior management positions cuts across different organisations spanning; litigation, legal drafting, capital raise, corporate banking, treasury, retail and consumer products, electronic channels and platforms, private wealth management and other operations. She is the Managing Partner, Eagle Crest LP and holds an MBA from London School of Business and Finance and is an alumnus of the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) Lausanne, Switzerland. She is a United Kingdom Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) accredited Mediator since 2005 and a member of the Panel of Neutrals of the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC). She is also a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Moyosore Onigbanjo
Executive Consultant, Legal
Moyosore Onigbanjo, a Senior advocate of Nigeria, is a first-class litigator and the founding partner of the M.J. Onigbanjo & Co. He currently serves as the 16th Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Lagos State; and in June 2022, he was appointed the Chairman of the Body of Attorneys General of States of the Federation.
Moyosore has for the past 33 years participated extensively in commercial litigation in Nigeria. Moyosore is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and International Bar Association. In recognition of his wealth of experience in commercial law practice, he was appointed a Council Member of the Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Business Law between 2011-2016. In 2012 Moyosore was appointed as a prosecutor before the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee where he rendered his services pro bono. He was also a member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association between 2010-2012. In 2020 Moyosore was also appointed a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) UK.
Moyosore was Chairman of Ibile Oil & Gas Corporation between 2016-2019. He currently sits on the board of several companies and MDAs. As Attorney General of Lagos State, Moyosore has championed reforms in the Lagos State Ministry of Justice and the Justice Sector at large which culminated in him being awarded Attorney General of the Year 2022 by Esquire Legal Awards on the 6th of November, 2022.

Toba Akinmoladun
Chairman, FMIL
Toba has over two decades at senior executive level in the oil and gas industry. In the last decade, he was Shell Nigeria’s OEIP (Transformation and Enhancement) Director, the Oil Producers Trade Section (OPTS) Executive Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Niger Delta Exploration & Production (NDEP) PLC.
He has continued to energize and broaden his competence with Postgraduate Diplomas in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge University; Scenario Planning, Finance, and Corporate Governance from Oxford University. He has also attended the International Director’s Programme and the Advanced International Corporate Finance Programme at INSEAD.

Jaycob Attah
Director, Global Finance
Jaycob is an Economist and Commercial & Investment Banker spanning over 32 years. Prior to joining First Metro Infrastructure Limited as Transactor, he served as Chief Executive of Cainergy International Limited – an oil and gas asset management firm headquartered in Australia, with Offices in Lagos, Abuja and Ghana; also was Director/Principal (Head West Africa) at Nex Rubica Capital – an Investment Banking Boutique headquartered in London (UK), He also worked at FBN Bank (United Kingdom) London as Executive Director (Business Development) as well as Member of Board of Directors, Board Credit Committee and Chairman: Conduct Risk & Treating Customers Fairly Committee. Jaycob is Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) UK Certified as CF30 Approved Persons.
Jaycob is currently the Chairman of Supreme Trust Insurance Brokers and Director at Thames Capital Limited. Jaycob is a graduate of Pan Atlantic University (Lagos Business School) and the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (1985) where he graduated with an MBA and BSc Economics, respectively.

Peter Ojumu

Peter has over 25 years of leadership in construction and engineering design, programming, project, site and operations management in the United Kingdom, Middle East, Australia, West and East Africa, and Asia.
He has developed projects and strategies encompassing the interests of a variety of stakeholders He has delivered large programs, led operations, developed and built new rail infrastructure across a wide array of large projects He is a recognized and accomplished leader spanning the freight and passenger railway sectors

Femi Agboade
Chief Information Officer
Femi is a solutions-driven Information Technology professional, with over 17 years of experience in Information Technology Advisory, Infrastructure, and Project Management experience, 6 years of which have been spent designing and implementing multi-dimensional and enterprise corporate transformation and business optimization systems and solutions across multi-vendor, multi-platform, and multi-protocol environments.
He has over 10 years experience in Senior Management and Leadership roles, providing technology roadmaps to meet business needs and liaising with top-level executives.
Femi holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK.

Feyi Akinbile
Director, HR & Admin
Feyisetan (Feyi) Akinbile is a veteran HR practitioner with functional management and leadership experience of over two decades spanning Banking and Aviation. He was the pioneer Head of HR, Eagle Bank. He was also Head of HR, Oceanic Bank, Group Head Manpower Planning & Recruitment in UBA, and Vice President HR & Admin in Oceanic Capital. His recent past leadership roles were as HR Lead at Aero Contractors and then as General Manager of the Helicopter Division of the same organization.
He is the Senior Partner and Lead Faculty at FACTS Limited; a firm with core competencies in Capacity Development, Change Management, Organisation Design (OD), Organizational Behaviour (OB), Talent Resourcing and Corporate Culture institutionalization.

Alieme Unigbe
Director, Civil Engineering
Aileme has over 30 years of experience in Office Design Engineering and Project Management including the development of infrastructure design and construction coordination/management services, and commercial and industrial structures development.
He has also been involved in the design and specification for projects works in the areas of facility design in transportation and bridge engineering, oil and gas facilities design, and residential and commercial multi-story building structures.

Nigel Walrond
Director, Signaling & Systems
Nigel has a proven track record in leading and managing railway infrastructure projects. Successfully delivered signal maintenance strategies, signal construction, project & construction management, power supply upgrades, asset management, communication backbone installations, safety assessments, type approvals and risk- based management, and associated operational readiness activities.
Australia-wide and international experience including maintenance and construction projects in the realm of high-speed, light rail, suburban and heavy-haul infrastructure. Considerable experience working on major projects and frameworks and a solid record in sub-contracting, EPCM and major client projects.

Patience Omoigiade
Head, Legal
Patience is a Legal Practitioner with over 19 years post-call experience. Prior to joining FMIL, she led the legal services department of a foremost aviation transportation company, where she provided leadership and managed the provision of legal services within the Company. She has considerable skill and competence in legal advisory support, contract management, commercial practice, risk management and compliance, debt recovery, report writing, managing trademark, insurance and litigation portfolios.
In the course of her career, she has been engaged in the negotiation of the purchase, sale and lease of aviation transportation equipment, technical support and C-check maintenance contracts with various international repair and overhaul facilities across Europe, specialized training and software application systems contracts as well as a resolution of customer complaints.
She is a graduate of University of Benin, UNIBEN and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.

Segun Shelleh
Head, Accounts
Segun is an accomplished Chartered Accountant and Administrator of about three decades. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian (ICAN) and has gained varied experience while working in various industries such as, Manufacturing, NGO, Academia, Oil Marketing, Audit Practice, Financial Reporting, Management and Tax Consultancy Services. He is also a Full Member (MCIA) of the Chartered Institute of Administrators of Nigeria (CIA) and he is the current Treasurer and a member of the Governing Council of the Church Administrators Society of Nigeria (CASON). He is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer.
Before joining First Metro Infrastructure Limited, he has served at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) as Financial Accountant, Rosabol Marble & Granite Limited as Financial Controller, Professional Accountancy Tutors as Managing Director/CEO, Charles Sunkanmi Obisesan & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as an Associate Partner and Siberian Ice Drinking Water Processing Company Limited as Founder, Managing Director/CEO.

Dawid Johannes De Vries
Executive Consultant, Rail Engineering
Dawid Johannes de Vries is a rolling stock Technologist, Consultant and International rail speaker with more than 25 years’ experience in various rail sectors. His railway journey started in South Africa in rolling stock test and commissioning and expanded over various international projects with roles including rolling stock design management, vehicle manufacturing, operation and maintenance, project management, engineering consultancies with multiple international companies and transport planning for cities. He is an internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and trained in carbon footprint calculation and green technology towards sustainability. Today, Dawid is the CEO of Rolling Stock Consultants Sdn Bhd (RSC). RSC is actively involved in developing strategic transportation models with a focus on localization policy model, Rail consultancies and component design and manufacturing.
Key milestones in his career include the development of the first -generation Monorail in Malaysia, railway brake systems, passenger entrance systems, gangway systems and multi axle bogies.

Biodun Ogunleye
Director
Biodun holds a BSc. in Estate Management and a Masters in Banking & Finance (MBF from the prestigious Unigerity of Lagos, Nigeria (UNILAG) in 1989 and 1997 respectively. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria.
He has Management and Strategic Leadership experience, spanning over three decades across multi-setorial spaces covering Real Estate, Consulting, Investment and Commercial Banking, Financial and Capital Markets, Power Generation and Distribution.
Biodun brings tremendous value to the table in the areas of Project/Corporate Finance, Public Private Partnership (PPP), Energy and Utilities, Information Management, Business Process Analysis and RE-Engineering, Start-Ups, Contract/Project Management, Change Management and Strategic Management in various challenging environments.

Joan Gasol
Director
Joan Gasol is an Industrial Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the railways sector. He started his career in Alstom entering a High Potential Engineer 5 years program where he had the opportunity to strengthen his skills in Operations and Strategy.
Working as bid manager in the service division for Spanish, Portuguese and South American Market, mechanical manager in a very High Speed Workshop, planning manager in a refurbishment project for 57 DMU´s in Portugal and Market Intelligence and Product and strategy Manager for Rolling Stock, Service, Signalling and Infrastructure divisions in LATAM region.
After those 5 years he joined Talgo to create from scratch 2 worldwide departments, Market Intelligence and Product and Strategy introducing tools and methods widely used in Multinational companies. Responsible for dealing with banks and big four consulting firms to enter the stock exchange, he moved to Asia Pacific as area manager for 2 years, after that, he was appointed Area Director for African Market and some countries in the Middle East for 4 years. After that, he decided to establish as a freelance Railways Consultant bringing his experience from Private Equity companies to OEM´s, Tier 1 and 2 suppliers supporting them on Strategy Consultancy, building Strategic Plans, and catalyzing market entrance Strategies. He is also involved in second hand Rolling Stock business where, thanks to his knowledge, he tries to select the best value for money product for his customers
