CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK 2024

Customer Service Week 2024, held from October 7th to 11th, was a vibrant celebration recognizing the dedication of our staff, strengthening teamwork, and fostering a culture of collaboration. With this year’s theme, "ABOVE AND BEYOND," the week featured engaging activities that encouraged employees to deliver outstanding service while promoting positivity across the organization. The festivities began with a Welcome Announcement on Monday, accompanied by sweets and biscuits shared at both the Head Office and EBJ office. On Tuesday, an interactive customer service video was shared on social media, emphasizing the importance of internal and external customer relationships, while staff received the official event schedule. Wednesday saw an Appreciation Day, where employees pinned thank-you notes on noticeboards and participated in a fun dress challenge, adding a lighthearted and engaging twist to the workday.

The activities continued on Thursday with an insightful webinar on the role of customer service, which featured a Q&A session and feedback opportunities for service improvement. The week concluded on Friday with a Prize Awards ceremony, where six employees who received the most appreciation notes were gifted personalized mugs, and winners of the quirky accessory challenge were recognized for their creativity. The grand finale, Tropical Day, featured cake-cutting sessions at both offices, accompanied by Chapman to set a celebratory mood. The event was a resounding success, reinforcing our commitment to excellent service and recognizing the hard work of our staff. It left employees energized and eager for more engaging initiatives in the future.
